Summer Kids Camp

June 23rd-27th, 10am-3pm
Ages 6-10 , 4 Spots Available
Please pack 1 Snack, a Lunch, and Water Bottle for your kiddo and make sure they come in clothes they can get messy in!
*This temporary space is a bit on the smaller side so please also make sure you and your kiddo are comfortable with being dropped off for the class.

During these 4 days your kiddos will learn how to throw on the wheel, hand build, and pick up some sculptural skills! Not only will we be claying around, but they will also be dabbling in water colors, paper mache, and bead making.

Day 1: Wheel Throwing, Snack Break, Water Color Snack Buddy, Lunch, Snack Buddy Sculpture
Day 2: Wheel Work Finish, Snack Break, Paper Mache Bowl, Lunch, Snack Buddy Sculpture Paint
Day 3: Hand Build Cup/Mug, Snack Break, H.B. Snack Dish, Lunch, Bead Making
Day 4: Color & Carve H.B. Cup & Mug, Snack Break, Continue Color & Carve, Lunch, Paint Snack Plate, Make Beaded Lizard Key Chain

At the end of the day if a student(s) finishes a project earlier than others, I have some extra activities and board games to keep them busy. Pick up is 3pm, please do not be late as I have classes in the evening to prepare for as well. Thank you for understanding.

Ceramic Pick Up Info:
You will receive a text message 2-3 weeks later when your Kiddos pieces are ready for pick up! The Clay pieces your kiddos make will need to completely dry before going through the first Kiln Firing. I will then dip them in Clear Glaze, and put them in a second Kiln Firing. Your kiddos pieces will be microwave, dishwasher, and food safe!
